Hello I am Gary Paetzold. I was born, raised and still reside in Southern NJ. I received my BA in finance from Rutgers University and my MBA for Drexel University in PA. I like to think I live everyday to its fullest and have a hunger to feed my brain on the daily basis. I have been in mortgage lending in different capacities for 12 years. (from mail clerk to Regional VP for a National Lender) In 2007 I had a life changing event and I was not able to do all of the traveling required of the national lender. Sooooo I decided “what the heck “ and took the leap of working for myself and have never looked back! My business philosophy is simple – I treat EVERY loan like it was my personal loan.
