Ed St. John is a 35 year resident of the Jacksonville, Florida area. He has been passionately committed to the mortgage business for over 15 years. He is a graduate of the Florida State University School of Business with a degree in Finance. He has personally been involved in the origination, underwriting and closing of over $250 million in residential mortgages during his career.

He specializes in Conventional and FHA mortgages with an emphasis on "Mortgage Planning" since he has long realized from early mentors in the business that "liability management is equally important to asset management". His passions outside of the office are spending time with his wife of 15 years and his two children. He is a member of the USTA and is a active member in Country Club play in the Jacksonville area.
