"Well, they forced us into Chapter 13. Now since we are under Chapter 13 , Can we still have our House payments Lowered/Loan Modified. "Got myself into a situation, and have late payments . My monthly payments are $1651 Talked to a Rep at the Mortgage co. And he told me to pay CASHIER CHECK FOR $728 THIS MONTH,AND NEXT IN DECEMBER $728. He told me that this money will HOLD the Foreclose .And the 3rd payment of $9000.will be due. Is there anyway i can work out a deal to get more time or increase my monthly payments or lower my monthly payments.
