Eliseo Cisneros is an experienced mortgage professional with Five Star Mortgage Advisors.  He is an expert in the areas of Home Equity Management, Investing in Real Estate, Preparing for Retirement, Financing Children's Education, Refinancing a Mortgage, Improving Personal Cash Flow, and Saving Money on Taxes.  Eliseo Cisneros was very instrumental in the early formation of Alta Home Loans in San Diego, California.  He has earned several awards for loan origination with Five Star Mortgage Advisors. He serves as Board of Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Ventura County Chapter.  Eliseo Cisneros holds a Bachelors degree from San Diego State University.  He has just been accepted to earn his MBA at California Lutheran University in the Spring of 2008.  In his spare time, Eliseo Cisneros likes to spend time with his family, read, go to the beach, mountain bike and listen to music.
