David Haynes brings over 15 years of financial services experience to his position as Regional Branch Development Manager at Residential Home Funding Corp. David spent the first 6 years of his career as a Mortgage Loan Originator, followed by 4 years as an Account Executive for MILA, Impac and Argent, with responsibility for outside sales. He subsequently became a Branch Manager, Secondary Market Manager, and VP for PRBConduit before joining RHFC in February of 2009 as a Branch Development Manager for Western States. David is experienced in all phases of the mortgage lending industry.

Residential Home Funding Corp. is a correspondent mortgage banker established in 2001. David takes his greatest satisfaction from delivering results for his RHFC branches and Branch Managers. He values dedication, honesty and reliability, and can find no better validation of the RHFC platform then the continued success of his branch offices and continuing growth of the RHFC branch network.

David is completed the CMBA (California Mortgage Bankers Assoc.) futures leaders program in 2008, and sat on the CMBA legislative committee for the influential 2008/09 season. When not working with
