President and owner, founder of a family run California Mortgage Corporation, Cassel Financial Group Inc. I originated loans, developed business and money sources, oversaw Internet technology development, prepared marketing, ran the company and managed the staff of 5. We had a very special company that catered to Veterans and the Self Employed. As I saw the changes in Real Estate loans and Real Estate coming, we closed this company prior to the "now famous" full Real Estate explosion. I then begin focusing more on finding solutions to the shortage of cash on the street for RE investments. So we evolved into securities lending, business lending and funding the self employed business owners anywhere possible continued. Then the distressed asset play opened. Ultimately, I moved into Distressed Asset Acquisition and Management, Loss Mitigation and Capital Recovery by 2010-11 and used my networks to continue lending on a case by case basis. An amazing experience and a lot of friendships and connections were established!
