Born and raised in Green Bay, I know the area very well and I also know what personality it takes to become successful in a small city environment. The importance of great communication and follow through is extremely important in the Green Bay market area. And that is what I do best, with todays technology there is no excuse for not staying connected with your customers, and providing them up to date information regarding loan status.

I joined the 1st Rate Lending team in December of 2010, and I knew it would be a great transition for me as I left the broker world and entered the correspondent lending world. As much as I like doing business in and around Green Bay, I also have no difficulty servicing customers from all over Wisconsin, and thankfully we have the technology which allows us to do so.
