Steve Felt has been a residential and commercial mortgage broker and lender in both retail and wholesale operations since 1999. He is also a member of the NJ Coalition for Financial Education and the founder of the Real Estate Finance Institute which teaches financial and real estate professionals about the intracacies of real estate finance. Mr. Felt has been approved by the CFP Board of Standards to provide continuing education credits to its certificants and has taught Real Estate finance to the teachers of the NJ Education Association. Mr. Felt is in production on a television and radio program that will assist homeowners in getting out of foreclosure and back on the road to building equity and wealth. Mr. Felt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elon University and has completed courses for several business and finance certifications and is currently pursuing an MBA.
