A Chicago native, I've enjoyed living in Southern California since 1985. I practise real estate full time, primarily in and around Ontario, California. My favorite part of real estate is certainly educating home owners and buyers about the ins and outs of real estate negotiation. For the past 3 years I've been volunteering my time at our local Board Of Realtors on the Grievance committee, which is never dull and endlessly fascinating to say the least. When i'm not working with clients these days, I'm having fun fixing up our vaction home in Lake Arrowhead. My partner and I decided it was time to reward ourselves with a vacation home. We wrestled with all the typical home buyer dillemas, i.e. Will prices fall further? Interest rates? Do we have stable jobs? Enough money? In the end we decided to jump in because what matters most in this life isn't money. It's the connections we have with people around us, especially family and friends. We can't think of a better investment in our futures than providing opportunities to enjoy beautiful surroundings with people we love. So this year I am looking forward to relaxing on the patio, bird watching and getting to know as many hiking trails as I can. On the personal side, I'm in a relationship, (***) have a frisky terrier mix dog and 2 cats. Show me an open road and a bicycle or motorcycle and I'll be smiling all the way to New York. I'm always up for travel and adventure. I love basketball, hiking, great food, wine and champagne.
