Bob went out of his way to make sure our home loan was ready even though the schedule was very aggressive. His experience in knowing what will be required helped make sure we were prepared. His diligence and hard work made the difference! Although I didnt pick Bob based on price alone, he is always fair and reasonable. This is our fourth loan with Bob over the years and I would use him again next time.

Bob guided me through each step, followed up quickly with accurate information, made sure I was approved at the prime rate, and ready close in 26 days. I have heard a lot of stories about nightmare 4 month closings from people with less hurdles than I had, unresponsive loan officers etc. Bob called me from family events, before, during and after hours, whatever it took to make it happen. I cannot reccommend Bob and the RMC team highly enough. I will certainly not shop for my next mortgage - Bob has a customer for life with me!
