I have purchased 2 homes and refinanced 3 times as a home owner. My recent home purchase with Bill was the smoothest process I have experienced by far. First and foremost I have to express my appreciation on how easy it was to get a hold of Bill. The first time we spoke, I was given his contact information and extension number. I never once had to go through a secretary or call center to get help. Believe it or not Some companies I've used in the past only communicated through e-mail and refused to return calls. Bill not only returned my call if I needed to leave a message, but did so in a timely manner. Bill was knowledgeable and answer my many questions with ease. All information that he requested from me was only asked for one time. I have had issues in the past with loan officers not retaining information sent to them and would ask me to send items I had already sent multiple times. At the end of the loan process Bill was able to push the title company to expedite and get the signing processed Thursday afternoon so the loan could be funded and recorded by the next day allowing us not to have to wait until Monday to get the keys to our new home. What a pleasure it was using Optimum First Mortgage and Bill Clark. My wife and I will not hesitate to use again
