Now with National Residential, I was the #1 producer in sales volume and number of transactions in 2011 and 2012 at my previous lender. I have been handling real estate transactions since first licensed in 1990. In the mid-90s, I helped implement the first time home buyer counseling for Fannie Mae. Moving to sunny southern California in 1998, I found my niche working as correspondent lender completing both retail and wholesale residential mortgage loans. I worked as a Realtor and Broker for a few years before returning to mortgage banking. I enjoy the beach and water sports although now you are more likely to find me in the sand on a golf course. I am a donor for life with level 4 status as a member of the San Diego Blood bank. I live in Vista with my wife and pack (4) of rescue dogs.
