"Hi Bryan- It looks like you have helped a few people in this forum and I am hoping you can help me as well! So I am having the same problem as others in this forum. I purchased a house and am trying to claim the tax credit. The HUD1 Settlement Statement only has my signature on it and the IRS is requiring ALL signatures.
