I started in the mortgage business in January of 1990 as a retail loan officer. For three years was the top producer in the company until I decided to help build a successful correspondent lending business. Built the business from ground up to $35 million in production each month. Went on to another bank to help build their correspondent business. In 1997, I joined Indymac Bank as a leading Business Development Manager. Through all the changes where we did correspondent lending, wharehouse bank lines, wholesale lending and reverse mortgages, I stayed on as a leader in my area. Before closing, my business was growing and we had one of the largest market shares of our competitors. I then joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in San Rafael, CA. It has been a great experience and I am glad to be back in the retail loan business. My experience with thousands of transactions has given me a tremendous advantage over my peers. Knowledge is the driving force behind my business which is quickly becoming very productive. I am now the Renovation Specialist as well for the North San Francisco Bay Area. I thrive on referral business and I see this being a long term relationship.
