Dean Gorenflo

I entered the mortgage business in 1993 during the largest refinance boom in our nations history. I started this career as a loan processor following the bulk of the loans through underwriting, closing and post closing. I was certified as an underwriter in 1994, and transitioned to a loan officer in 1995. My experience through all phases of the loan process has given me a unique approach to loan origination. I look for, and successfully navigate clients through the common hang-ups that slow the loan process. This approach has produced a documented 98% customer satisfaction rating and quicker loan closing times than my area peers.

As a four year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I have a special affinity toward veterans and an expertise in VA loans. I have originated FHA loans since 1995 and have made these important mortgages a part my product offerings throughout the last 13 years. I also offer the renovation/rehab 203(k) version along with new construction mortgages. These loans have been a speciallity since 1998.
