A certifiable Old Geeser, I was doing private money in the early 80's when the prime was 20%. YES 20%. the banks were sending us everything because they didn't want to make ANY loans. We were at 21 and 5 points. Much has changed in this industry, but a few things remain constant: 1) if you do your best to make as many people happy as possible, then you'll be successful. 2) Once you've Locked, DON'T LOOK BACK. and 3 ) There are More notes, than should be Bought. And, in the words of some great wise person somewhere, , " What Is Was, what Was will Be Again ". I'm seeing it right now. This site's the Best.
