"We are at 5.125% for a 799 fico 80%LTV and overly fat at 5.25%, we have seen a tremendous improvement in our pricing today, only Chase has pulled back a tad. Depending on the broker and what bank he locked you at a .25% float down should not be a problem."    View Comment
"I do keep telling clients that even at 5.25% it's an amazing rate, 2 yrs from now you won't remember the haggling over 5% or 4.875% or 4.625% you'll just be happy you are at 5.25%!! Which, by the way, as Doug pointed out, is the lowest since 2003. Stay positve........."    View Comment
