I have over 15 years experience in mortgage banking and real estate and hold an MBA in Finance and the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPR) designation. I spend considerable time evaluating client's current financial situations and future financial goals. After all, it may not make sense to buy a new home yet have no money to furnish it or to contribute to other financial goals or to maintain a certain lifestyle. I work with clients to review these sometimes conflicting demands on their money and to find ways to meet the larger goals while not sacrificing the smaller goals. My approach is non-judgmental and I listen carefully to my clients needs and goals. I bring up issues they may not have considered. My goal is to advise them on the best loan product and rates that is consistent with their current and future goals. My clients think about mortgages only a few times in their lifetime - I think about it every day. It's their home and their investment - it's my profession and my passion. I work for the best interests of my clients and deliver nothing less that solid, professional advice and customer service that exceeds their expectations. I am as assured in advising clients to go forward as I am in advising them to wait.
