I am a Private Mortgage Banker with Wells Fargo. PMB is a specialized division within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage dedicated to providing high net-worth clients distinctive home financing solutions. I have been originating residential home loans since 2002 in Hawaii and since 2004 in Nevada. From 2008 through April 2011 I was the Operations Manager for Alderus as we developed and perfected our nimble and efficient support system for our sales staff. I chose to become a Mortgage Advisor in large part because it allowed me to assist people during one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Buying a home is something most people dream about, and it’s rewarding to be able to make that dream come true. Nearly a decade since helping my first family finance their home, helping others achieve the dream of owning a home is still what motivates me. It drives me to offer the highest standard of care for my clients’ financial well being whose purchase is complicated by conditions or risk factors, whether known before we meet or only found during the qualification.
