"Just imagine if the banks actually had to report what was really on their balance sheets, their reserve requiremenmts would be huge!! Plus, half of them would be insolvient. Banks won't be lending any time soon; thus, this so called recovery is just a mirage."    View Comment
"You're right on Seth. I agree this would be a much safer product compared to the current FHA garbage being produced. This loan would pump new borrowers into the system, that actually have "skin in the game", and based on your guidelines these loans would perform."    View Comment
