As a short sale negotiator he has learned how to successfully work with bank and servicing company loss mitigator's to achieve approvals for short sales in the greater NYC area. "When you think of a short sale you must learn to think counter intuitive to a retail transaction. Asset losses are mounting yet banks must make sensible decisions." Achieving win/win short sales takes patience. "Sellers are usually at the last resort when you come in. They are vulnerable and need honesty, compassion and integrity. I aim to provide all three." Eric grew up in New York City and Southern California. He has lived in North East Pennsylvania and the Capital Region upstate in NY. As a former It professional that specialized in telecommunications he has consulted at fortune five hundred companies. He has served as an IT project Coordinator in NYS integration projects. Eric Last matriculated at Penn State Worthington Scranton, where he last achieved the deans list. "I look forward to completing my degree to set the example for my two sons.
