Looking for an under 60% LTV cash out.  The hitch is the borrower owns 5 properties and this bounces him out of freddie. Fannie mae will only allow limited cash out.  Anyone know where we can get this done, looking to pull out 250k.  Borrower is a surgeon with great income/assets.

I did find a lender...retail only...but can do cash out/multiple properties with 700+ fico.  rates in the 5-7%and not 9.99+ like others are peddling.  Thanks to this board for the help.
