    HUD Purchase Incentives

    I have read where HUD will discontinue the $100 down programs and the $2500 incentive as of Feb 12th. Does anybody know what criteria the deadline is based on? Will it be allowed on contracts submitted prior to 2.12.10 or only contracts accepted before this date, FHA case number date etc......??? Any info would be appreciated!! Thanks!
