    Borrower wants to buy and move into a house that she currently rents. Right now she has an elderly care facility in the subject and leases the house, but lives in her condo. Wants to buy and move in to the house and make it her primary residence. This will let her generate more income and provide more quality services. She also has W2 job. Right now she has 4-5 clients living in the subject. I can't verify that she is eligible for conventional financing with up to 5 tenants (please help) Any financing option will be appreciated. The borrower wants to stop renting and start paying mortgage.
