Kerala is a real homemakers’ paradise with its lush green vegetation, palm fringed lagoons, cool backwaters, long exotic beaches, and paddy fields as far as the eye can see. Its’ cool bracing and healthy climate all year round lends to the overall attraction to anyone who is looking for a place to live away from industrial pollution but close enough to every day modern living requirements.

Kerala is a rich blend of diverse people, cultures, and traditions coupled with the natural beauty, it an ideal place to build a dream house. Some of the other features include easy accessibility to the outside world with international airports at Thriuvananthapuram, Kochi, and Calicut.

Owning a contemporary Kerala Apartment is a lifetime dream and desire of every resident as well as non-resident Keralite. The people of Kerala enjoy a cosmopolitan outlook, which is reflected in their daily lifestyle. An apartment in Kerala can be a good alternative for spending your vacations too.

Before looking around for your dream house, plan your budget and consider your options of how you'll arrange for it. Prior to choosing a builder, study the builder's background and ensure they have a good track record. Most of the major financial institutions like HDFC, ICICI, LIC Housing, GIC Housing, SBI Housing, and others are providing loan schemes ideal for your needs.

Next step of buying an apartment is to list out your requirements like the number of rooms, size of the house, etc. Factor in future requirements too since buying an apartment is a major decision in life.

Select the ideal location for your apartment. The best location in the city of your choice may not be the ideal location for you. Make sure that basic requirements like reputed schools, shopping areas, worship places, specialty hospitals etc. are easily accessible.

What's the matter Louis?  Apparently that long winded, rambling piece of marketing didn't grab you by the shirt collar and make you want to buy an apartment in Kerala?  C'mon everbody's doing it. Don't be left behind. The Kerala rush is on!!

LMAO!  Bob you are always good for a laugh at the end of a long day!  Thanks for the grins...and just for the record, a Homemaker's paradise is 2 weeks at a beach front luxury resort with room service, a good looking cabana boy and a great book or two. (or so I've heard)
