what does "BAC DUE AT TITLE PASSING" mean?

Can you give us the context? Was this on a good faith estimate, or a settlement statement, or something?

BAC is often Bank of America/Countrywide . . .  due at title would indicate that this was a fee that was going to or from BAC when a loan closes . . . but without the context it is hard to know for sure.
