Lender Contacts

As an agressive commercial loan officer for a commercial mortgage broker, I am constantly updating my contacts for lenders and their programs offered. I welcome contact info from any lender reps. on this forum that are looking for business. I network with business owners and real estate investors (of every level - even those building new construction triplexes and acquisition/rehabs) nationwide, and am writing new business every month. We are receiving applications weekly for both acquisitions and refinances, and we network predominately with investor grades of 680+ fico scores and liquidity/equity. I look forward to developing new lender relationships thru this medium.
