    Easement Obtained for Ingress and Egress
    Is it necessary for an easement obtained for purposes of ingress and egress be shown on the deed of the buyer of the property?

    If I were the buyer I would insist on it being shown. It is difficult to discover the existence of easements as it is. Full disclosure is the best way to go.
