    Freddie Mac Relief Refinance Mortgages Open Access

    Does anyone know of a lender that is going to participate in the Freddie Mac Relief Refinance Mortgage Open Access that begins Oct 1st?  Freddie Mac has a list of mortgagers that have signed contracts but I have contacted about 15 and have found noone that knows about the program.  This will allow any servicer to perform the refinance according to Freddie Mac.  THe LTV can be up to 125%.  This is the program I need now!
