    Mortgage Rates havent been this low since late spring. Are low rates helping your pipeline grow?

    Mortgage rates havent been this low since late spring. Do you expect to close more loans this month?

    • I expect a big month (16.2%)
    • A little busier than usual, nothing crazy though (47.1%)
    • Relatively low rates are not helping. Application activity is slow (36.8%)

    Hey AQ.  not only is low rates helping for a good month, but the first time home buyer credit has helped increase my purchase pipeline.
