Imagine your appraisals going to this guy. This is an ad on craiglist for $10 appraisals by a licensed appraiser (as indicated in the ad). The HVCC is great! soon the appraiser will be paying for the privilege of doing the appraisal. Actually, I have seen solicitations by trainees to pay for the privilege. I hope nobody has high expectations for $10. Some thought for Labor day.

We're looking for experienced appraisers in AZ to help us with a contract we've landed. It's for non-review, desktop appraisals throughout AZ. We're expecting extremely high volume over a 2-3 week period. Pay is only $10.00 per report, but our office average per person is
3-6/hour. No travel expenses incurred.
