Don't know if any new lenders on land loans out there.
I have an Oregon based lender called Washington Federal. Don't know if they will lend in your area. As you can imagine, they are picky.
BB&T retail is still offering land loans w/ decent terms. May be worth checking them out. Not many outlets left for lot loans!
So true about slim picking on these loans in california
I do know of some cheap lots right now. Found a 7500 square foot lot with ocean view in San Clemente for only $80K. Same lot was going for $500K 2 years ago.
