    I know Taylor Bean and Whitaker is still doing FHA Streamlines w/ no fico.  I would love to know if anyone has any other lenders with no fico on streamline...or at least under 620.  Thanks.

    Mid-Island is still going down to 500. We lend in most of the eastern seaborad states.
