    Hello,

Looking for some options on wholesale lenders out there doing a High-Rise; DTI under 5%, LTV -80%, FICO 675. Owner Occupied, Assets over 1M.  I have a couple that can do it but I am trying to get some more options and the most competitive rate. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks J

With the scenerio you provided, you rate will not be real competitive.  I would suggest that you contact a credit repair expert, and get your FICO to 700.  With that score, you would see a very competitive rate well under 6%.
