This is the super across the way, and I don't buy this for a minute.  Not happening!  This is referring to a whole new way of securitizing and selling mortgages and I don't think he has that kind of power, president or not, to make this kind of change.  The system won't allow for it and the housing industry's downfall would hang in the balance.
