Hi Allen,

We ended the day today at 4.875% (for AZ) with one of our lenders that will do this on properties 1 day off the MLS. (45 day lock with Escrows, no points, $675 lender fees and that includes appraisal fee. title fees in AZ are higher, about $1200 with a reissue policy)
