    Condominium Inspections for Condo Boards
I am a home improvement contractor in CT. I want to be able to do condominium inspections for condo boards. Basically, I would take a look at the roof, siding, trim boards, paint, gutters and wood rot. I would photograph all items I find with issues and present text with photos and submit a invoice. I cant not seem to find out if I need a home inspectors license. I am a licensed contractor and only looking at things I deal with.

I would go to the State of Conn board of professional licensing to see if you need to be licensed in your State.  My gut feeling is "Yes" you do.
