    I went back to the posts, and unclick the box, and click post...but it still comes back

     

    any suggestions ?

    Try here first to see if you are subscribed to the whole forum.  If not, try what Stephen said to click on the 'Turn off email notifications for this thread.'

     

    Let us know if that doesn't work
