    Super Jumbo Portfolio Lender

    Alright guys, looking for the following:

    I have a client looking for a Private lender/investor for her Primary and several of her other Investment properties. 8 in all.

    These are immaculate brand new homes ranging from 1.5-4M in Value. LTV's on each would be approximately 50-55%, looking for an 18 month term, payments escrowed for the interim.WA properties.

    Call to discuss income

    550k liquid

    Approximately 20M total value between all properties.
