I currently have a loan refi about to have the lock expire on Thurs. It has been held up by a figure on the VOE. The wage figure in question has been addressed through supporting documents. They still won't accept VOE without proper number. My employer can't change the number but can also send support docs to back up questions. I qualify for loan and have the income proof and everything is in order. Do I have any recourse for their refusal to look at anything else to support their question? Thanks for any info.
