    Capital Gains Tax When I Sell My Home
    I have owned my home for 18 years. I f I sell, how long before I have to buy another one before capital gains tax is charged? I was thinking of renting for a year or more.

    Check with your CPA...they will be able to give you your state and federal laws on what the time frame is on the capital gains tax and how long before you are charged with it.
