Which of the jumbo players have you tried?  US Bank? Union? Citi? Suntrust?  What's the LTV if we drop the acreage? 

US Bank said no.

I am not apprvoed with others

ACerage can have no value and we's still be ok.

I am not sure Bob's blunt nature is the best method for expressing his opinions, however it does seem that your lack of posts to anything besides the Loan Scenario section could lead one to believe that the membership is light on the networking and a little heavy on the soliciting.
