    Where on the Escrow Closing Cost documents can one see if an owner's title insurance policy was purchase and what terms or names to look for?

    You would look on the closing statement, just under the cost of the title.  I am looking at a recent closing that I did and this  HUD has it on line 1110, but that can vary.  It should say cost for lender and cost for owner and coverage.
