In regards to the extension of the tax credit and the addition of the $6500 for current homeowners. I have not read the complete bill and was wondering did any of our legislators consider an exemption to the 5 year rule for members of the military considering that most military members do not stay at any one duty station for 5 years or more. I cannot believe that no one thought of this as this bill was being put before congress.

I didn't see anything that was different for military other than an extension of time.
