Client has co borrowers (his parents) which drops his dti to 34% need to find a bank to take this one to. Please contact me via email angelasueadams@yahoo.com
Probably going to need to see if the buyer can come up with 3.5% down or qualify for any FHA approved down payment assistance. Seems like with non-occupant co-borrowers this will be your best bet.
