I'm in the South Atlanta, GA area and looking to get into REO's. Can anyone suggest reputable companies/websites to use?
Not a very good timing as everybody is trying to get in.
I started 4 years ago with 10 years of experience and still am not even 5% where should be as competition is huge.
Also learn all you can before you handle any REOs as these are specific!
