    Have a 35% LTV Owner OCC SFR in Hawaii
    I've got a 35% LTV owner occ sfr in Hawaii... Borrower lives in Hawaii from Sept to June and Del Mar June-Aug. Hawaii home is reted to family and friends during the summer I'm trying to refi them What's the % we need to be below to still qualify as owner occ or second home...I thought it was 25%

    From my understanding of refinance for a 2nd home or vacation home is determined by desk top(DU/LP).  In terms of lenders you may want to find one that doesn't have any overlays (additional requirements).
