    Looking for portfolioe lender to cash out refi 2nd home -borrower owns 6 properties in so.Cal

    STEARNS LENDING HAS RATE/TERM BUT NOT THE CASHOUT.  WE JUST LAUNCHED OUR PORTFOLIO PRODUCT YESTERDAY.  WE SELL DIRECT TO FANNIE AND KEEP THE SERVICING.  NO OVERLAYS ON PRODUCT.

    CAN DO 5-10 PROPS OWNED BUT R/T AND PURCHASE

    CAN ALSO DO FLIPS AS WELL.
