I am a MND member, and a residential Real Estate Developer.  Currently I am seeking private equity financing for my site condominium project, which is located within 500 feet of Lake Michigan, and contains Lake Michigan access.  The project has been approved by all units of government and is ready for construction commencement.

Even though I reside in Chicago these days, I'm originally from Grand Rapids (born and raised). A good friend of mine actually works for an investment bank in Grand Rapids(Cascade area) and I'd be happy to make an intro for you if you'd like.
