    Does anyone know anyone even a retail lender doing these?

    I am with a retail lender that is fairly aggressive on 2nd liens (We get to 90% everywhere but Florida and Michigan) and the u/w would laugh me out of the building if I asked them for a HELOC on a non-owner 4 unit!!!
